Position Available: IT Support Analyst
Location: Clearwater, FL ON-SITE
Status: FT/Perm (salaried)

We provide a wide range of technology services as well as management and consulting support to meet our customer’s needs. Clients vary from small local companies to large international corporations, but regardless of size we provide our customers excellent service and highly knowledgeable and skilled resources.

Seeking applicants with exceptional customer relations skills & a strong work ethic

Ideally candidates will have a minimum of two years’ experience with concentration in the following areas:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational aptitude
• Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Focused and Self Motivated
• Basic Windows Server Administration
• Windows Desktop OS and Application support
• Networking Infrastructure Implementation and Support
• Antivirus system administration and Virus Removal
• Vendor support coordination
• Product / solution research and analysis
• Project coordination
• Creation of technical documentation
• Proof of vaccination for COVID19 required

Preferred education: Bachelor’s Degree
Required experience: IT support: 2 years
