• Quality not Quantity :  We're committed to managing our client base carefully. I can't serve every company in town. I'd rather serve a select few, & serve you well.
• As a contingency fee placement firm, there is no fee to client companies until they hire one of our referrals. And since we don't get paid until you are happy, we have VERY good incentive to work hard for you!
• We'll prepare a written business agreement & go to work upon its approval. Its that simple!
• Tell us what you need, we'll handle the search.  We'll screen candidates to meet your requirements & present you qualified resumes. You retain all interview & hiring-decision authority.
• Contractor Placement : Need a contractor? We'll provide the talent, on an hourly basis, to be overseen by you. We'll handle payroll issues & you pay us as a simple vendor. 
• Have special needs? Ask us . If we can't help, we'll do our best to refer you to a source that can.
